ASM实例无法启动
[grid@data ~]$ sqlplus / as sysasm

ERROR:
ORA-12705: Cannot access NLS data files or invalid environment specified
无法访问NLS数据或者非法的环境，检查grid用户的环境变量，发现NLS_LANG设置错误了
export NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICAN.AL32UTF8
正确的应该是
export NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.AL32UTF8
更正之后，就能连接ASM实例了
[grid@data ~]$ sqlplus / as sysasm
SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.4.0 Production on Fri Sep 11 09:04:15 2015
Copyright (c) 1982, 2013, Oracle. All rights reserved.
