因为项目的需要，在安装jdk6的时候，遇到如标题的问题，找了很多资源，最后解决的方法如下：
1.进入C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\
2.将SUN目录删除
备注：
此方法经我个人测试是成功的，系统目前运行也很正常
在已有jdk7环境下安装jdk6，遇到installer:Wrapper.CreateFile failed with error 3:The system cannot find the path specified问题
