4.0版本收费了，需要降级到3.9 版本
降级后会新下载一个包ServiceStack.OrmLite.SqlServer 3.03
这个包里面有一个ServiceStack.Interfaces.dll 1.0 版本的
在ServicStack.Redis 3.9已经不是用1.0的ServiceStack.Interfaces
需要使用ServiceStack.Redis 3.9 里面的ServiceStack.Interfaces.dll替换ServiceStack.OrmLite.SqlServer里的dll
这个坑和包名一样Orm
ServiceStack.Redis 从4.0 版本降级到3.9 版本后出现System.TypeLoadException 问题
