题目描述：
Given a range [m, n] where 0 <= m <= n <= 2147483647, return the bitwise AND of all numbers in this range, inclusive.
For example, given the range [5, 7], you should return 4.
就是对从m到n之间的数字做与运算。
思路：
本题的关键在于，求出了n& n-1为v，就可以直接把n设为v，而没必要在求v与n-1之间的数了。
