一、如何分页

总记录行数 count，

每页显示 per，

分页的总页数 total_page = ceil(count/per)，向上取整

获得具体每页信息：limit 偏移量，条数

                 limit (page-1)*per, per

二、一个分页类，yii组件component 文件名与类名在形式上要统一
