最后：Could not create SSL connection through proxy server: Could not parse response status line (https://192.168.xxxx)
我的解决方法：
1、用户名或密码不符合
删除：C:\Users\你用户名\AppData\Roaming\Subversion 下面的auth文件夹
2、更改svn接口
在偏好设置中找到svn接口，更改为SVNKit
Preferences -> Team ->SVN -> 右侧SVN接口(SVN Interface)
