win7 64系统，wamp X64软件，安装Composer出现问题。
使用Composer-Setup.exe安装，报错如下
Connection Error [ERR_CONNECTION]: Unable to connect to http://getcomposer.org
解决方法：
save ca-bundle.crt to your local path
double click ca-bundler.crt to import it
add the two line to php.ini
curl.cainfo=d:/download/ca-bundle.crt
openssl.cafile=d:/download/ca-bundle.crt
try to install composer-setup.exe agin.
