环境：spring + springMvc + mybatis + maven
在新搭建的项目中，建立一个jsp页面在导入jquery插件时
浏览器调试提示：GET http://localhost:8080/storm/js/jquery-2.1.1.js 404 (Not Found)
看到这个一直围绕着路径的问题去了，各种虐。

结果问题都不在我页面中些问题
偶然在eclipse看到了下面这个提示：
No mapping found for HTTP request with URI [/storm/webapp/js/jquery-2.1.1.js] in DispatcherServlet with name ‘SpringMVC‘
解决方案如下：
在springMvc配置文件中加入以下配置
