Scrum is a kind of flexible programming.
1. The entire project will be divided into several Product Backlogs.
2. 2 to 4 weeks form a Sprint. Within a Sprint a team can complete several Product Backlogs. After that, a new functionality are achieved.
3. Then the entire team have a Sprint meeting. New plan will be made during this meeting. The demand of customer will be informed by Product Owner.
4. Repeat a new Sprint.
