        myTableView.sectionIndexColor = [UIColor redColor];
        myTableView.sectionIndexBackgroundColor = [UIColor yellowColor];
    }

for(UIView *view in [tableView subviews]) {
        
        if([[[view class] description] isEqualToString:@"UITableViewIndex"])
        {
            [view setBackgroundColor:[UIColor redColor]];
            [view setTintColor:[UIColor redColor]];
        }
    }

UITableView修改右边索引的位置和颜色。
