错误代码：system.serviceModel/bindings/customBinding 处的绑定没有名称为“SMSServiceServiceSoapBinding”的已配置绑定。对于 bindingConfiguration，该值无效。 (D:\javaCode\WHTR-DMP\Code\WHTR.DMP.WinService\WHTR.DMP.ScheduleService\bin\Debug\WHTR.DMP.ScheduleService.vshost.exe.Config line 100)

解决方法：在ScheduleService的App.config文件加入<binding name="BasicHttpBinding_IGiftCashService" />和

<binding name="SMSServiceServiceSoapBinding">
<textMessageEncoding messageVersion="Soap12" />
<httpTransport />
</binding>
