2.根据对方的身份来提供其所需要的信息。比如，是闲聊？是正式谈话？是简短介绍？
3.使用不同的方式来解说。比如，解释同一样事情/事物，对同行可以用术语，对外行则要用一些相对简单的说法。
4.不要滔滔不绝，要有停顿，适时地问对方有无疑问。
如：
Do you see what I mean?
Do you have any question about what I said?
如果解释之后对方还是不明白，改用其他方式来解释。
如：
Ok, to put it another way…
Well, in other words, …
To put it simply, …
5.逐步解说，转换不同内容时要有适当的过渡句。
如:
Now, let’s talk about…
6.灵活处理困难的问题。
如：
Well, I’ve never thought about this. I need to get more information about this. How about I get back to you later?
7.解说完毕时，也要留意对方的反馈。
如：
I think that’s it. Is there anything else you would like to know?
