2. Study the related issue, to define the project scope
3. Align with stakeholder to know the expectation of project cycle time - 2months/ 6 months/ a year
4. If I am the PM, i have 2 project, refer to the time arrangement, the estimated manday is
e.g. 2 months * 22 days * 30% = 15 man day
(Triangle : Time/ cost/ scope - quality)
Assumption: My time arrangement
- 10% Team admin/ team work
- 30% Project PM
- 50% Machine learning study and pratice
