码农赏英诗（一）

    写景诗贵在意境，意境润于修辞。美国诗人C. 麦凯的诗《冬后》，全诗写景状物，掉落的树叶(leaves)、檐(eaves)下的冬鸟、竹林(bamboo grove)、蜜蜂、黑脉风铃草(black-ribbed blue-bells)……，大多是“我们(we)”眼中尚未见但可想见的景，用toward…where和will seek的句子营造一个想象的草长莺飞的春色。第二节的一组倒装表达清新隽永，热带乔木在tower，地表径流在欢快leap，资源昆虫在嗡嗡work。最后一句描写小屋旁的空地(glade)，空地上的植物，其主从句式，极富韵律感，如莫干山之叠翠，楠溪江之转滩。请欣赏。（胡明晓，2017.8.29）

            After the Winter

And against the morning‘s white

The shivering birds beneath the eaves

Have sheltered for the night,

We‘ll turn our faces southward, love,

Toward the summer isle

And wide-mouthed orchids smile.

And we will seek the quiet hill

Where towers the cotton tree,

And leaps the laughing crystal rill,

And works the droning bee.

And we will build a cottage there

Beside an open glade,

With black-ribbed blue-bells blowing near

And ferns that never fade.
