最终解决方案：
cmd中adb kill-server，然后adb start-server
之后出现另一个错误：adb server is out of date. killing...
解决方案：
adb nodaemon server 查看adb server的端口号，
然后netstat -ano|findstr "5037" 查看该端口对应的进程pid，
最后在任务管理器中结束该pid对应的进程，然后adb start-server
错误2：

新建了一个avd，使用了默认的配置
