Mysql操作主从数据库，在主数据库中使用添加授权用户命令：
grant all on *.*to username@用于登录主服务器的从服务器ip identified by "password";
报错：
ERROR 1290 (HY000): The MySQL server is running with the --skip-grant-tables option so it cannot execute this statement
解决方法：
在命令行输入flush privileges即可
即：mysql> flush privileges;
