tomcat启动超时

Server Tomcat v7.0 Server at localhost was unable to

start within 45 seconds . If the server requires more

time, try increasing the timeout in the server editor.

多次出现这问题，之前看博客有人在tocmat下conf/server.xml更改，改了下没作用，

后看到广大网友的正解：

1.workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.server.core\server.xml延迟start-timeout

2.eclipse中双击server更改timeouts/start
