如何打开 Microsoft Azure 虚拟机某一端口？
Things to do:
1. Azure Portal ------> Network Security Group ------------> Add Inbound
2. Virtual Machine ------> Firewall ----->Advanced ------------> Add Inbound

# See if the Intranet( the company‘s network) blocks the port you want to open.
In my case, I need to open port 8181, but it was in the blocked port range, and I had to change 8181 to another port.
