1） 点击Manager选择 Add Roles and features
2）选择Role-based or feature-based installation
3）选择Remote Desktop services (windows2016 无此选项此步骤跳过）
4） 展开 Remote Server Administration Tools > Role Administration Tools
展开 Remote Desktop Services Tools
选择Remote Desktop Licensing Diagnoser Tool.
5）选择Remote Desktop Session Host
6）下一步，安装并重启
7）添加RDP许可服务器
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Licensing.
启用Use the specified Remote Desktop license servers，在license server to use:中填入服务器或ip
8）将C盘，User 创建文件夹与文件的权限删除
C:\bootmgr 报警选择继续 （此方法用于漫游帐号，避免在本地创建文件以占用大量空间）RDSH 安装windwos2012
