Wcf使用Net.Tcp做回调操作

契约:

    [ServiceContract(Namespace = "http://Microsoft.ServiceModel.Samples", SessionMode = SessionMode.Required,
                    CallbackContract = typeof(ITransferCallback))]  如果要使用回调,必须加上这句话
