/solr-7.1.0/server/solr-webapp/webapp/WEB-INF下的

web.xml中加入

<listener>

               org.apache.solr.handler.dataimport.scheduler.ApplicationListener

solr-7.1.0/server/solr/conf中新建dataimport.properties
