加voltage 通过voltage变化传输信息到另一端

假如是这样加电压的

可以看到有两种状态，一个是5v 另一个是0v

we call these states symbols

-we call these symbols because we can use them to represent information like a number

我们叫symbol因为我们可以用它来表示信息——比如说数字

0v is a symbol represents 0

5v is a symbol represents 1

The rate of sending these symbol are called symbol rate

发送这些信息的比率 被叫做 symbol rate (符率|传码率

so in this case the symbol rate would be one symbol per second

在这个案例中symbol rate 是  1个symbol/每秒

sometimes it referred to as baud,

baud n.波特

means symbol rate in symbols per second

baud表示通信线路状态每秒钟变化的次数。

通过以上的方法的话我们就能发送任意的number了
