找到

<p><%= link_to_attachment attachment, :class => ‘icon icon-attachment‘, :download => true -%>

替换为

<p><%= link_to attachment.filename, attachment_path(attachment) , :class => ‘icon icon-attachment‘, :download => true %>

重启redmine
