场景启动器：
Spring boot将所有的功能场景，抽取出来 做成一个个独立的starters启动器，
只要在项目里面，引入了starters 这些场景的所有依赖，都会导出到工程中 需要什么样的功能，引入什么场景启动器。
好处：可以不用写版本号（spring-boot-dependencies中已经定义好了，如果没有spring-boot-dependencies则需要写版本号）
添加依赖：
<!-- Inherit defaults from Spring Boot --> <parent> <groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId> <artifactId>spring-boot-starter-parent</artifactId> <version>2.1.6.RELEASE</version> </parent>
引入web启动器如下
