一、报错信息：

(OS 10048)通常每个套接字地址(协议/网络地址/端口)只允许使用一次。 : AH00072: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:443
(OS 10048)通常每个套接字地址(协议/网络地址/端口)只允许使用一次。 : AH00072: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:443
AH00451: no listening sockets available, shutting down
AH00015: Unable to open logs

二、报错原因：

443端口被占用

三、解决方法：

1. 关闭Apache服务
2. 进入conf配置文件中的extra文件，我的extra文件位置：D:\Program\Apache\conf\extra
3. 修改httpd-ahssl.conf和httpd-ssl.conf中的，有443的地方改为440就可以了
