一、报错信息：
(OS 5)拒绝访问。 : AH00369: Failed to open the Windows service manager, perhaps you forgot to log in as Adminstrator?
二、报错原因：
未使用管理员登录
三、解决方法：
使用管理员登录cmd，右键cmd，选择命令提示符，管理员登入
