配置方法:
1. 在卡住的而画面点击"config"
2. 点击"Add remote catalog", 然后设置华为云的maven仓库地址， 然后点击"verrify", 发现找到很多arhcetypes. description的地方随便起个名字，比如huawei：

3. 在卡住的画面选择“huawei", 几秒就出来了：
