1.进入jmeter\apache-jmeter-5.1.1\bin，打开jmeter.properties
2.jmeter.properties中搜索“sampleresult.default.encoding” ，设置sampleresult.default.encoding=utf-8
3.最后要重启jmeter，配置才会生效
