kettle添加一个“空操作”时，保存时，报“Unable to save shared ojects“
Unexpected problem reading shared objects from XML file : null
Error reading information from input stream
Invalid byte 1 of 1-byte UTF-8 sequence.
解决：把.kettle目录下的那个shared.xml里面之间关于“空操作”的step部分的内容删除。.kettle一般在C:\Users\Administrator\.kettle（c盘-->用户-->你当前用户下面）
