【bzoj3110】[Zjoi2013]K大数查询(树套树)

因为对数的修改和查询都在一段连续的区间,所以可以直接权值线段树套上区间线段树即可,区间线段树动态开点,每次操作的时间和空间复杂度均为\(O(log^2n)\)
详细点来说,就是权值线段树上的每个结点上有一颗区间线段树,记录权值为\([l,r]\)的数分布在区间上的位置。
