安装Adobe Acrobat DC时提示“无法打开键UNKNOWN\Components\”

问题：提示“无法打开键，UNKNOWN\Components\……\……，请验证对该键拥有足够的访问权限”。

原因：可能是上一次卸载该软件时未完全卸载。

可能的解决办法：

1. 打开注册表（regedit.exe）
2. 转到HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Components
3. 找到相应的键，并删除
4. 这是可能会提示无权限，此时只需右键—权限—勾选允许完全控制即可
