1.问题
ERROR: markdown 3.2.1 has requirement setuptools>=36, but you‘ll have setuptools 20.7.0 which is incompatible. Installing collected packages: protobuf, numpy, html5lib, bleach, werkzeug, markdown, tensorflow-tensorboard, tensorflow Successfully installed bleach-1.5.0 html5lib-0.9999999 markdown-3.2.1 numpy-1.18.1 protobuf-3.11.3 tensorflow-1.3.0 tensorflow-tensorboard-0.1.8 werkzeug-1.0.0
解决：
1 卸载python-setuptools： 2 sudo apt-get remove python-setuptools 3 sudo apt-get update
因为用apt-get安装的python-setuptools还是20.7.0-1,所以用pip安装： pip2 install setuptools
可成功安装44.0.0版本。
再重新安装tensorflow：
pip --default-timeout=100 install tensorflow==1.3.0 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
