废话不多说，先放效果图
启动图的位置在：ideaIU-2019.3.2.win\lib\resources.jar
将resources.jar复制到其他文件夹并解压
把想要替换的启动图重命名为idea_logo.png后放入文件夹
在此页面按住shift鼠标点击右键进入Powershell窗口
在窗口中输入 jar cvf resources.jar *,压缩成jar包
替换掉原来的jar包就可以了
