安装stanfordcorenlp成功，import stanfordcorenlp失败，只是在pycharm中输入import stanfordcorenlp，然后运行，出现错误。
切换psutil的版本，然后再运行上面的代码。
pip install psutil==4.0.0
pip install psutil==5.7.0
成功解决。
