java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value '?й???????' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone

报错信息：
java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value ‘?й???????‘ is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. 
You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the ‘serverTimezone‘ configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

解决方法（修改application.yml配置文件）：

在url后面添加?useUnicode=true&useJDBCCompliantTimezoneShift=true&useLegacyDatetimeCode=false&serverTimezone=UTC

spring:

  datasource:
#   数据源基本配置
    username: root
    password: 123456
    url: jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/nnluck?useUnicode=true&useJDBCCompliantTimezoneShift=true&useLegacyDatetimeCode=false&serverTimezone=UTC

    driver-class-name: com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver
