问题描述：
1.华为云域名 + 华为云ECS服务器
2.宝塔 + PHP项目
在申请ssl Let‘s Encrypt 免费证书时，提示如下：
DNS problem: SERVFAIL looking up A for www.flyweng.com - the domain‘s nameservers may be malfunctioning
出现这种情况是因为我们的域名没有授权给Let‘s Encrypt机构
处理方法：
添加CAA记录
设置完成后，就能顺利生成ssl证书
