Heteronym n. 同形异音异义词；异形同义词
A heteronym is a word that is spelled the same as another,but has a different meaning and often pronunciation.
异义词是指拼写相同，但意思不同，发音也不同的词。
Sometimes the stress is on a different pronunciation. Sometimes the stress is on a different syllable and sometimes the stress remains the same,but the pronuncaiation of the vowel changes.
有时重音在不同的发音上。有时重音在不同的音节上，有时重音保持不变，但元音的发音不同。
The word contest can be a noun or a verb. When it is used as a noun,the stress is on the first syllable.When it is used as a verb, The second syllable is stressed.
单词“contest”可以是名词也可以是动词。当它用作名词时，重音在第一个音节上。当它用作动词时，第二个音节要重读。

Past Perfect: had + past participle (过去分词)
The Past Perfect expresses the idea that something occurred before another action in the past. It can also show that something happened before a specific time in the past.
