商务邮件需要注意的细节

  1. 空格和标点符号要规范
  2. 慎用全部大写(欧美文化里,大写意指大喊,在投诉邮件里常见。两种情况下可以考虑部分单词大写:a:起强调作用;b:醒目,让客户注意)
  3. 字体及字体大小(Georgia,Calibri,Arial还有Corbel.字号10-12为佳)
  4. 字体加粗用法(突出重点,有利于客户的方面考虑加粗)
  5. 邮件主题要随着内容更换
  6. 邮件的内容有适当的提醒,让客户晓得你在等他回邮。

Eg:As soon as I receive your confirmation on the samples,I‘ll proceed with the mass production immediately

      Pls let e know about your thoughts.I‘ll follow up as you suggest.

         8.应提醒对方邮件里含有附件,且附件的文件名字,一定要另命名。

         9.内容传递负面消息的时候,尽量使用长句。

Eg:Sorry to inform you that the shipment  has to be delayed for a week.I will keep you updated about the status.

         10.控制好段落

          11.及时回复

          12.邮件长短根据客户风格来定

          13.重要邮件考虑对方时差

  • Look forward to hearing from you soon/meeting you next Tuesday.
  • I‘m looking forward to your reply.
  • We look forward to a successful working relationship in the future.
  • Pls advise as necessary.
  • I would appeciate your immediate attention to this matter.

提醒对方需要帮助,请告知短句

  • If I can be of assistance,pls do not hesitateto contact me.
  • If you require any further information,feel free to contact me.
  • If you require any futher information,let me know.
  • Pls feel free to contact me if you need any further information.
  • Pls let mr knoe if you have any questions.
  • I hope the above is useful to you.
  • Should you need any further informaion,pls do not hesitate to contactme.
  • Pls contact me if there are any problem.
  • Let me know if you need anything else
