提交cvs的时候报错，报错内容如下：
Resource is out of sync with the file system: ‘/heartElectDocument/接口协议/APP接口协议.doc‘.
Resource is out of sync with the file system: ‘/heartElectDocument/接口协议/APP接口协议.doc‘.
原因是：我提交的时候，文档也在打开（在wps中打开）。
解决办法：将打开的文件关闭即可。
