.Net core 3.1 异常（Unexpected end of request content）原因为何？

最近遇到.net core 3.1下的接口请求异常

接口接收POST请求的是导致的异常，偶发出现，请求量不算很大，秒内几百的请求量，还没有进入到接口内部，在外层就被框架拦截抛出了。

困扰很多天，无法定位到根本问题，这是什么原因引起的？应该怎么处理呢。。。
