作用：从字符串中获取置顶范围的字符串
${__substring(string(从中获取子字符串的字符串）, begin index（开始角标）, end index（结束角标）, variable name（变量名，非必填）)}
开始角标是闭区间，包含开始角标， 结束角标是开区间，不包含结束角标，如果角标超过字符串长度，则会报错
