解决方法：

找到C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules\nrm\cli.js 文件，将

//const NRMRC = path.join(process.env.HOME, ‘.nrmrc‘);(注掉)
const NRMRC = path.join(process.env[(process.platform == ‘win32‘) ? ‘USERPROFILE‘ : ‘HOME‘], ‘.nrmrc‘);

再管理员模式运行cmd，输入nrm ls
