waiting for a volume to be created,either by external provisioner "fuseim.pri/ifs" or manually created by system administrator
解决办法：
使用下面这个镜像。
docker pull vbouchaud/nfs-client-provisioner
类似问题也有可能是rbac权限方面的问题。
