小手点击事件中添加：

主页面添加：

 [[NSNotificationCenter defaultCenter]addObserver:self selector:@selector(refreshHttp) name:MTRefreshHomeHttpNotification object:nil];

refreshHttp为网络请求方法，请求最新数据，刷新选中的cell（选中特定行方法

- (void)reloadRowsAtIndexPaths:(NSArray *)indexPaths withRowAnimation:(UITableViewRowAnimation)animation NS_AVAILABLE_IOS(3_0);
