open方法：打开一个新的浏览器窗口

close方法：关闭窗口

alert方法：显示警告窗口

confirm方法：现实确认框，接受用户是否确认或放弃

open方法示例：window.open(URL,[,name[,features]])

作用：打开一个新的窗口，

参数说明：URL--打开新窗口的URL，name--新窗口的名称，feature--新窗口特性，包括大小，位置，是否显示工具栏菜单栏等
