HADR使用的端口不能为 SVCENAME or SVCENAME +1

发现两边的设置HOST不能使用ALIAS，端口最好不要使用字母

          and ensure that HADR_LOCAL_HOST and HADR_REMOTE_HOST match the host
          name of the local and remote machines.

检查两边的设置，发现HADR_SYNCMODE 不一致导致
