1. Download NIC driver from Dell Website

2. Install this driver with PRO on servers.
3. Open properties on 1 of your NIC’s that you will be teaming, and “Configure”…
4. On the Teaming Tab, check the box to enable teaming, then “New Team”
5. Give the Team an appropriate name (I recommend the name of the VLAN) and choose teaming type , like ALB..
6. Choose the proper NIC’s that will be teamed together (you’ll need to cross-reference the adapter names with the logical NIC names that you set)
7. Choose the Switch Fault Tolerance setting…
