原来是puppetdb的配置是由puppet管理的，而其中的配置用到了变量fqdn。所以是facter影响的。

最终，修改/etc/hosts，在第一行插入：127.0.0.1 xx-xx-xx-xx.xxxx.xx。（在其他行 或 用其他IP都会有问题）

解决完成。
