开启telnet的几种方法

开启telnet方法一：需要VTY的密码和进入超级权限的密码（VTY虚拟终端，一种网络设备的连接方式）

开启telnet方法二：只需要VTY密码，不需要超级密码

[R1-ui-vty0-4]user privilege level 3（提升用户权限，原先权限为0）
