2012-07-27 16:28:09.626: [    CSSD][2856]clssnmconnect: connecting to addr gipc://racnode1:my-cluster#10.182.209.98#49527 --->此处两个#之间应该是心跳ip地址。

那么可能有疑问：上面的2行，显然是不一样的ip地址，为啥呢？
原因是：

Cause

The issue only happens in 11.2.0.1 and 11.2.0.2. When GI is starting up, if it's unable to find the private interface due to hardware/OS issue, the public IP will be used. When another node starts up and tries to join the cluster, it uses private IP and fails to communicate.
  

Solution

To resolve the issue:

 1. Contact OS Admin and check why problem occurrred on the private interface.
 2. After the network issue is resolved, restart GI so it will use private interface
